Shipping & Delivery

Every TAKUMI object travels the way it was made: carefully, and without charge to you.

Delivery, plainly

  • Delivery is free across Pakistan on all orders.
  • During the GENSŌ pre-order window: delivery within 14 days after the pre-order window closes.
  • For all orders placed after the pre-order window: delivery within 5-7 days.
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

When it ships

A confirmation email and WhatsApp message are sent once an order ships, with tracking details where available. Until then, your number is held and your object is being prepared.

Where we deliver

Currently shipping within Pakistan only. The borders will widen when the work allows it, and not before.
