What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details. We record payment confirmation only. We do not store card details; payment is handled entirely by PayFast. If you register for the waitlist, we hold your email for that purpose alone.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, to send confirmation emails, and, if you registered, to tell you once when whatever follows GENSŌ arrives.

If you do not finish an order

If you reach the checkout and enter your name, email or phone number but do not complete the order, we keep those details. We use them for one thing: to write to you once about the order you started, in case something got in the way. That is all.

Beneath the payment options there is a box you may tick to stay on our ledger. If you leave it unticked, you will hear from us about that order and nothing else. If you tick it, we may write to you now and then about what we are making. Either way you can ask us to delete everything, and we will.

Where it lives

Your data is stored securely via Supabase. It is not sold, and not shared with third parties except where the order itself requires it: payment processing (PayFast) and email delivery (Resend).

Your right to be forgotten

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing voice@takumi.limited. We will confirm when it is done.

Cookies

Minimal. The site uses localStorage to remember your cart between visits and to recognise the same checkout if you come back to finish it.

We do use the Meta pixel, and send Meta a record of a completed purchase, so that we know which of our advertising is worth continuing. We keep that to what it needs and nothing beyond it. We would rather not know than watch.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
