Privacy

We collect what an order requires. Nothing more, and nothing for its own sake.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details. We record payment confirmation only. We do not store card details; payment is handled entirely by PayFast. If you register for the waitlist, we hold your email for that purpose alone.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, to send confirmation emails, and, if you registered, to tell you once when whatever follows GENSŌ arrives.

Where it lives

Your data is stored securely via Supabase. It is not sold, and not shared with third parties except where the order itself requires it: payment processing (PayFast) and email delivery (Resend).

Your right to be forgotten

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing voice@takumi.limited. We will confirm when it is done.

Cookies

Minimal. The site uses localStorage only to remember your cart between visits. There is no third-party tracking. We would rather not know than watch.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
