What we provide

TAKUMI designs and sells limited-edition fragrances, hand-assembled in Pakistan. Products are offered through this website and delivered across Pakistan.

Placing an order

Orders are placed online at takumi.limited. On confirmation you receive an email and a WhatsApp message with your order details. A person reviews and prepares each order — nothing is left to a machine alone.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of delivery within Pakistan.
• Payments are accepted online through PayFast — cards, bank accounts, and mobile wallets — over a secure, SBP-regulated gateway. TAKUMI never stores your card details.
• Cash on Delivery is offered on standard orders where available. During a pre-order window, reservations are taken by advance payment.

Fulfilment & delivery

Each object is hand-assembled and dispatched in the order received. Delivery timelines follow our Shipping Policy. Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Availability

Our editions are strictly limited. When an edition sells out it is closed — Series Zero (100 bottles) is closed to new purchase, and its refill service remains open to existing holders. GENSŌ — Series One is limited to 200 numbered units.
