Refunds & Returns
A numbered object is assigned, not stocked. That shapes what can be undone.
Pre-order reservations
Because each GENSŌ unit is individually numbered and assigned to one holder, reservations made during the pre-order window are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except in the following cases:
- The order is not delivered within the stated delivery window plus a 7-day grace period.
- The product arrives damaged. Damage claims must include unboxing photos or video and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Cash on Delivery orders
For Cash on Delivery orders placed after the pre-order window: if you decline delivery, no charge applies. Refused COD orders may affect future order eligibility.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
To request a refund, email voice@takumi.limited or message +92 300 5TAKUMI on WhatsApp with your order number. A person answers, not a system.
