What is Series Zero?
Series Zero is TAKUMI’s first limited edition extrait de parfum — an artisanal, hand-matured scent produced in a single run of 100 numbered bottles. Each bottle is presented in a handmade box and includes three printed inserts: a Thank-You card, a Ritual card, and a Loyalty card.
How long will the pre-order window be open?
Pre-orders are open for 5 days from the moment the preorder button goes live. During this window you can reserve a serial number (1–100) with an advance payment. After the preorder window closes we will allocate remaining inventory and begin dispatch.
How do I reserve my serial number?
During the pre-order window, choose your preferred serial (1–100) on the product page and complete the advance payment. Advance payment confirms and secures your chosen number. If multiple customers request the same number, the payment timestamp will determine allocation.
What if I don’t want to pay now?
You can join the waitlist. Provide your name, email and preferred serial. If your chosen number is taken during preorders, we will offer the closest available serial. Waitlist entries do not reserve a number — they give priority notification and equivalent allocation logic.
How long until my order is delivered?
Standard delivery: 3–4 business days. Some remote locations may take 6–7 business days. Exact dispatch date and courier tracking will be shared with you after order confirmation.
Payment methods
Preorders require advance payment. We accept: JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. (Add any local gateway or card processor if available). Payment instructions appear at checkout and in your confirmation email.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is Series Zero for men or women?
Neither. And both. Series Zero is unisex — crafted to adapt to the wearer. On some, it turns bold and electric; on others, warm and magnetic. TAKUMI was designed for those who do not fit in a box.
